Do you want to have beautiful white teeth at a fraction of the normal cost and make a contribution to saving sick and needy children at the same time?
The Smiles For Life Foundation raises funds for children's charities through the help of Crown Council dentists like Dr. Andrew Albert of Edmonton, Alberta and Discus Dental.

	Garth Brooks, internationally acclaimed recording artist, (and part-time professional baseball player) is the co-founder and chairman of the Touch'em All foundation. Through a unique partnership with Garth Brooks' Touch'em All Foundation, 100% of the funds contributed to the Smiles for Life campaign will be used to serve and benefit needy children with an emphasis on health, education, and inner city programs.
The Smiles for Life program is co-sponsored by Discus Dental™, manufacturer of the Nite White and Day White tooth whiteners. The company donates the whitening product so that the full cost of procedures during the campaign can be donated to the children's needs.

Yes! I Want To Help The Children
I want to help children and whiten my smile at the same time. I pledge to donate a minimum of $195 with a direct donation to the Smiles for Life program when Dr. Andrew Albert and his dental team perform his special tooth whitening treatment on my smile. I understand that this whitening service, which normally costs over $400, is being provided to me at no charge by Dr. Albert and his fantastic dental team. All their time and expertise for this advanced cosmetic dental treatment are being donated to help save sick and needy children.
